My Morning Run

Wake up at around 4 am everyday. The air is cold , pain in some parts of my body and my mind is in suspended animation. But my desire to run is more stronger. Send message to my running buddy and off i go to meet her. Theres so many things in the road that  you'll be careful. Firstly, the dogs. I really hate them as you don't really know if there friendly or not. Second is the potholes, thats why we bring flashlight. The last one is the cars, its advisable to run facing them. You can use your flashlight for added safety or use reflective running clothes.

Who are they?

today i have a cup of coffee with a friend of mine.. then she start asking what is a perfect relationship? “bam” it hit me. what really is a perfect relationship in a very trend-driven world? with the advent of new technology, pop culture explotion, cheaptravel most people are more aware, discerning and exposed. the result? we often “trade up” so quickly in a quest for the best of everything. thus , choices are more varied and expectations are much higher even when it comes to finding love. sometimes having more choices causes more stress. so are will we settle for anything less than a storybook romance? or we need to get real too. i think from what ive experienced we become too idealistic on todays world. these unreasonable high expectations can prevent real relationship from forming or lead to existing relationship to get rocky. i think our parents are lucky because its harder to have a relationship now than our parents time.
